GluGlu

GluGlu is the newest wine proiect by the Master Sommelier team behind Ungrafted. Rebecca Fineman and Chris Gaither envisioned a beverage program to showcase wines that are hip and cool and different. We proudly carry small production, sustainable, and "natural" wines, in many cases made by female and minority winemakers. In addition to wine, GluGlu offers low ABV cocktails, beer, cider, sake and unique non-alcoholic beverages.

For those looking to discover highly delicious wines from all over the globe, join the GluGlu Wine Club. Membership gets you two bottles/month of something we love, an invitation to our monthly spritz party, and 25% off wines from our full bottle list whenever you dine in at GluGlu.

If you're on the hunt for the old and rare, then the GluGlu Flight Club is the right choice for you. Every Saturday from 5-8pm you can come by to taste 2-4 wines that are rare, old, allocated, and unusual.

The food program, spearheaded by Chef David Aviles, leans into Mediterranean flavor, offering colorful, seasonal and sharable bites.

The name "GluGlu" is an onomatopoeia derived from the sound made when pouring wine from a bottle to a glass, or when enjoying a cold beverage on a hot day.
