A Guide for Fans Returning to Chase Center

The Golden State Warriors look forward to welcoming fans back to Chase Center, and doing so in a way that’s safe for fans, employees, players and all other team personnel in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

But we can’t do it alone. It is the responsibility of each and every one of us to protect those around us.

Testing Protocol

At-home COVID-19 tests are provided to all ticketed fans. A negative test result or proof of vaccination is required for entry.

Ticket Management

Ticket resale transactions and transfers must be made at least seven days before the game.

Contactless Experience

From mobile ticketing to cashless transactions, we're taking steps to minimize physical touchpoints.

Food & Beverage

Designated spaces for eating & drinking are available on the concourse. Food & drinks aren't allowed in the arena bowl.

Parking & Transit

Reserve a parking spot with the Warriors App. Also, your game ticket still counts as your FREE Muni ticket on game day.

Bag Policy

Leave your bags at home. All bags larger than 14x14x6 (inches) can be checked for a $10 fee.

Chase Center's MERV-15 filtration exceeds minimum guidelines and HEPA units are installed for further air filtration.

Wear a Face Mask

Face masks are required at all times at Chase Center, except when actively eating or drinking where permitted.

Wash/Sanitize Your Hands

There are 55 disinfection stations in the arena & additional touchless faucets, paper towel and soap dispensers.

Watch Your Distance

Except for those in the same seating pod, anyone inside the arena must keep proper distance from one another.
