Ring in the Year of the Snake with a celebration in Thrive City! Enjoy the vibrant colors, sounds, and flavors of Lunar New Year with family-friendly activities, delicious culinary delights, and exciting cultural performances! Celebrate health, luck, and prosperity and set the tone for a year of abundance and happiness! RSVP while supplies last.
Event highlights include:
- Special performances by LionDanceMe, Nguyen Dance Company, and Korean Culture Center Urisawe Drum Performance
- Snake statue photo opportunity
- Delectable food offerings
- Arts and crafts
Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.
Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
