Important Information
In accordance with current state and local guidelines, all attendees aged 12 and older must be fully vaccinated at the time of the event (i.e., final dose at least 2 weeks before event) and all attendees (of all ages) must wear a mask for the duration of the event. Documentation to support full vaccination will be required at entry along with a government issued photo I.D. COVID-19 remains highly contagious and no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure, regardless of test/vaccination status. By entering the Arena, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. Attendees who are 11 and under must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test, administered within 72 hours of the event. Previously Scheduled Dates
In response to health and safety concerns, our shows with Phish at Chase Center on July 24th & July 25th, 2021 have been rescheduled to October 16th & October 17th, 2021. Tickets purchased for the July 2020 and July 2021 shows will be honored for the rescheduled dates in October 2021. If you purchased tickets for July 24th, 2021, they will be valid for the show on October 16th, 2021 and if you purchased tickets for July 25th, 2021 they will be valid for the show on October 17th, 2021.


Should you be unable to attend the new date, please return to place of purchase no later than June 10, 2021 to request a refund (30 days from the rescheduled dates announcement). This will allow others who can attend to purchase your ticket(s).
