Thrill-O-Ween is here! Kickoff the fall season with a spooktacular experience designed for you to enjoy an afternoon of safe Halloween fun. Thrive City will be filled with themed activities for all ages including a special screening of Despicable Me 4 at 3:15 p.m. Stay alert because you never know who or what may pop out! Don’t forget, best dressed wins the costume contest! RSVP while supplies last.

Experience Includes:

  • Trick or Treat - Get your dibs on treats from themed trick or treat stations.
  • Pumpkin Patch - Let the gourd times roll and grab a mini pumpkin to decorate.
  • Live Entertainment - Time to boo-gie! Enjoy tunes from a DJ and an exciting magic show.
  • Costume Contest - Feeling fang-tastic in your costume? Enter into our contests for your chance to win a prize! Categories include:
        • Most Creative
        • Best Group
        • Best Pet
        • Best Baby/Toddler
        • Scariest
        • Fan Favorite (Best Warriors or Valkyries / Bay Area team costume)
  • Photo Booth - You’re looking quite boo-tiful! Snap a festive photo with your family and friends!
  • Slime Making, Balloon Art, Face Painting and so much more!
  • Cinema - Enjoy Despicable Me 4 on the 75' video board. Movie starts at 3:15PM.

Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

  • No Weapons of any kind
  • No Alcohol brought on plaza
  • All Pets^ on a leash
  • No Coolers
  • No Lawn Chairs
  • Non-surgical masks will not be allowed; guests must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
  • No Panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
  • No Smoking of any kind
  • No Amplified sound
  • No Drones
  • No Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on streets around the venue)
  • No Motorized vehicles
  • No Pamphlets or product samples
  • No Overnight camping
  • No Tents
  • All Garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
  • No Trespassing when Thrive City is closed
  • Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe, or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
    ^^Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
