HIIT Bodyweight: This total body workout includes 1-minute intervals of lower body, upper body, cardio and core! All levels are welcome for this functional fit fest! Just think, you can do ANYTHING for 1 minute!

Pilates Fusion: Pilates Fusion is a fantastic way to enhance your joint mobility and range of motion, making it especially beneficial for all age groups. Whether they are beginners or seasoned practitioners, attendees can reap the rewards of Pilates' functional conditioning. This form of exercise not only helps you move more freely and easily but also aids in combating detrimental habits like prolonged sitting, standing, or repetitive motions. A key aspect of maintaining a high quality of life is achieving optimal mobility, which goes beyond just stretching and involves finding a harmonious balance between strength and flexibility. Improved balance is crucial for enhancing mobility, which is essential for everyday tasks such as walking, getting in and out of bed, and rising from a chair. Come learn how to breathe your way into more functional movements!Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.
