Welcome to where the Bay Area community grows stronger, together. Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout June through August, we will offer a variety of free morning classes featuring fitness professionals who will help you stay active. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey. RSVP while supplies last.
Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water and a mat!
Yoga: A fun, inspiring, all-levels Yoga class with classic poses to stretch hamstrings, lower back and front body along with popular Sun Salutes to encourage deep breathing and a sense of flow. Our instructor will guide students through a wide range of stretches both seated and standing with options for students to practice in sneakers or barefoot. Yoga is perfect for all ages and abilities. Come join this time-honored practice for a younger, lighter, freer sense of body and mind.
Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.
Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No Weapons of any kind
- No Alcohol brought on plaza
- All Pets^ on a leash
- No Coolers
- No Lawn Chairs
- Non-surgical masks will not be allowed; guests must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No Panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No Smoking of any kind
- No Amplified sound
- No Drones
- No Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on streets around the venue)
- No Motorized vehicles
- No Pamphlets or product samples
- No Overnight camping
- No Tents
- All Garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No Trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe, or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
^^Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
