Welcome to where the Bay Area community grows stronger, together. Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout April and June, we will offer a variety of free morning classes featuring fitness professionals who will help you stay active. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey. RSVP while supplies last.

Jai Mac Neil
Jai Mac Neil is a Professor at the University of San Francisco in the Kinesiology Department as well as the Change Institute. She is the facilitator and creator of the Self-Transformation Empowerment Program at USFCA, a program dedicated to empowering undergraduate and graduate students and their leadership. Jai is also a Performance Coach for the Golden State Warriors as well as a Motivational Speaker and Mindset Specialist. Some of her past and current clients include: Golden State Warriors, TIME, Forbes, NIKE, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Kaiser, San Francisco Academy of Science, Academy of Art, SFSU, J.P. Morgan, Lululemon, Equinox, Self Magazine and members of the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, MLS, NHL and an Olympic Medalist.

Invigorate - Full Body HIIT: Bring the energy, leave feeling powerful! Bursts of cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises designed to disrupt the norm and keep you strong!

Space is limited to first-come, first-served. Eventbrite registrations will receive priority admission until capacity is reached. A limited amount of walk-ups may be available.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

  • No weapons of any kind
  • No alcohol brought onto the plaza
  • All pets* on a leash
  • No coolers
  • No lawn chairs
  • Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
  • No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
  • No smoking of any kind
  • No amplified sound
  • No drones
  • No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
  • No motorized vehicles
  • No pamphlets or product samples
  • No overnight camping
  • No tents
  • All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
  • No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
  • Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
    ^^Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
