Enjoy this delicious dish before, during, or after the Warriors game.
Ingredients: Loaded Nachos
• 8 oz. Tortilla Chips
• 1 lb. Ground Beef (see below)
• 4 Tablespoons Chives (chopped)
• 3 Tablespoons Cilantro
• 3 teaspoons Cotija Cheese
• ½ cup Jack Cheese (shredded)
• 2 Tablespoons Jalapeños
• 1 Lime (wedged)
• 3 Tablespoons Tomatoes (diced)
• 2 Tablespoons White Onion (diced)
• 3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
Directions:
Set your oven's broiler at 400F. In a heat resistant pan, lay some of the chips and add some of the meat, pepper jack cheese and jalapeños. Add some more chips and repeat with the cheese and jalapeños. Now add the rest of the beef and all the other ingredients except the sour cream and lime wedges. Place under the broiler and cook for 2 minutes or until cheese is very melted and everything is heated up. Let tray cool for a few minutes before moving or transfer nachos to another plate. Dab the sour cream and squeeze the limes all over the dish.
Ingredients: Beef for Nachos
• 1 lb. Grass Fed Ground Beef
• 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
• 2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Paprika Powder
• 0.3 teaspoon Dry Oregano
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Pepper
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients well and set aside. Start a medium sized pot at medium high heat and brown the beef. When color is achieved, sprinkle the seasoning on top along with half a cup of water and stir everything together. Reduce heat for 5 minutes or until liquid has almost reduced completely.
