Ingredients: Steak Sandwich
• 8 oz. Steak (chopped)
• 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
• 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
• 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• ½ teaspoon Cayenne Powder
• 4 slices Provolone Cheese
• 6 slices Tomatoes
• 7 slices Pickled Onions
• Romaine Lettuce
• 2 rolls Banh Mi Roll
• 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
Directions:
Mix all dry spices together. In a high heat sautee pan, add a small amount of oil and sear the chopped steak. When color starts to develop, add the seasoning and stir everything together. Lower the heat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. In a separate skillet or or pan, open the bread in half, butter the bread, and place on the pan to get the inside crispy. With tongs or a spatula, form 2 long stacks of meat in the pan approx. the length and width of the bread and lay the cheese slices on top of each. Lay the bread down and spread the mayonnaise on the bottom of each roll. Place the lettuce lengthwise, add tomatoes, and then place the steak using a long spatula or tongs (wich should have melted the cheese). Lay the steak on the tomato and place pickled onions on top and place the other piece of the bread. Enjoy.
