Chase Center Launches New Plant-Based Eatery, The Green House
The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center announced the opening of The Green House, a new plant-based eatery located at Portal 56 on the arena’s upper concourse. The Green House—one of the first plant-based eateries in the NBA—will feature a variety of plant-based offerings along with a rotating selection of salads. In addition, the Warriors are partnering with Future Farm, who will become the official plant-based meat of the Warriors and Chase Center, marking the company’s first partnership with a professional sports team and venue.
The menu for The Green House includes a Future Farm Smash Burger, portobello ‘Bahn Mi’, vegan reuben sandwich and spicy potato tacos along with rotating salads. The addition of The Green House adds to a growing list of vegan friendly menu items already available within the arena that includes a vegan brownie batter milkshake, sweet crispy tofu wok, vegan lumpia and plant-based sausage. In addition to the Smash Burger, Chase Center will offer the Future Farm meatball sub throughout the arena.
The Green House is the latest in a number of Chase Center food program and eatery updates this season. Developed in conjunction with Bon Appetít Management Company and Levy Restaurants, the arena introduced Room For Dessert featuring Tin Pot Creamery, offering a wide variety of unique desserts, the Splash Wine Bar, which features a selection of some of the arena’s premium wine options, and Wings and Woks, which takes a unique spin on the traditional chicken wing.
Launched in 2019 in Brazil, Future Farm is the first Latin American food tech company specializing in plant-based, animal-free meat. Future Farm made its entrance in the U.S. market in 2021 and is committed to using only real, whole-food ingredients in its products which are comprised of 100% GMO-free soy, peas, chickpeas and other plant-based ingredients.
