Enjoy this delicious dish before, during, or after the Warriors game.
Ingredients:
Turkey Patty
• 2 lb Ground Turkey
• 1 cup Panko
• 0.7 cup Minced Onion
• 0.5 cup Minced Parsely
• 2 Large Eggs
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 0.5 tsp Drt Basil
• 0.5 Dry Oregano
• 0.3 cup Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
Avocado Aioli
• 1 Avocado
• 0.5 cup Sour Cream
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 0.3 cup Chopped Cilantro
Pickled Onions
• 1 large Yellow Onion
• 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Whle Peppercorn
• 2 Bay Leaves
• Brioche Buns (1 per burger)
Turkey Patty Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, Panko, onion,parsley,eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce,basil, oregano, 1.5 teaspoon fo salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Using a strong spatula or your hands, mix well. Shape the mixture into 8oz Patty's. Preheat a skillet or grill at high heat and place the patty. Sear on each side for 3 min or until interior temp reaches 165F.
Avocado Aioli:
In a food processor blend all the ingrediants well until everything is smooth.
Pickled Onions Directions:
in a pot start boiling the vinegar and bay leaf and peppercorn. While that’s going for 5 min, slice the onion thin in jullian cut and place in a container that can hold the onion and liquid together. Turn of the liquid and pour over the onion making sure it covers them all. Place in the refrigerator until completly cool before using. It lasts a few weeks.
Assembly:
While burger is cooking, toast the buns. To build add avocado aioli on both of the buns, place the patty, then the tomatoes, after the arugula and onions, place the top bun and enjoy.
