
Chase Center’s Allison Shapiro Named To The International Association Of Venue Managers’ 30 Under 30 Class Of 2025
Golden State and Chase Center have announced that Manager, Events Allison Shapiro was named to the International Association of Venue Managers’ (IAVM) 30 Under 30 Class of 2025. Designed to engage the best and brightest young professionals in the venue management industry, IAVM’s 30 Under 30 program recognizes emerging leaders who foster industry advancement and ensure its future success. Shapiro will be honored at IAVM’s Annual Conference & Trade Show, VenueConnect, in New Orleans, Louisiana, from July 28-31, 2025.
“Allison’s IAVM recognition celebrates her passion and dedication to the events management industry and underscores Chase Center’s commitment to excellence,” said Chase Center General Manager Donna Daniels. “This well-deserved acknowledgment speaks volumes about the high standards she consistently demonstrates in her professional endeavors.”
Shapiro is entering her fourth year with Golden State, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of over 100 events annually, including a wide spectrum of sporting, entertainment and privately held events. Notably, Shapiro has contributed to the inaugural season of the Golden State Valkyries, the 2022 NBA Finals and Championship, League of Legends World Championship, the 2025 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball West Regionals, NBA All-Star 2025, and more.
Launched at VenueConnect 2015 in Baltimore, the IAVM 30 Under 30 focuses on identifying and developing the talent of venue industry professionals, 30 years of age and under, by providing them with increased access to industry networking and thought leadership.
