Chase Center Announces Significant Updates To Food And Beverage Program

Tuesday, October 5, 2021

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center announced a number of updates to its world-class food and beverage program today, including the introduction of two new eatery concepts: Room For Dessert and Splash Wine Bar.

“At Chase Center, every ticket comes with a premium experience opportunity,” said Warriors Executive Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service John Beaven. “Our unique food and beverage program is a key part of that and the updates we introduced today will further ensure that our fans will continue to enjoy a world-class culinary experience throughout the arena.”

Designed by Chase Center Senior Pastry Chef Bianca Montijo, Room For Dessert will offer fans a wide variety of desserts, including a chef’s special that will be themed for each event. Located in the lower Budweiser Legends Club, Room For Dessert will incorporate local Taste Maker Tin Pot Creamery in its offerings. The Splash Wine Bar is located in the upper Budweiser Legends Club and will be Chase Center’s first dedicated wine bar to feature premium selections from the arena’s wine partners, Silver Oak and Moet & Chandon.

In addition to Room For Dessert and the Splash Wine Bar, Chase Center will introduce over 50 new menu items across all of its eateries and the full-service restaurant Modelo Cantina, along with a new set of signature specialty cocktails for the Warriors’ 2021-22 NBA season. Highlights of the new menu items include a variety of plant-based options, such as the vegan Shanghai Lumpia from Taste Maker Sarap Shop, a vegan pastrami sandwich from Sadie’s Delicatessen, a plant-based sausage dog from City Bistro and a vegan brownie batter milkshake from Room For Dessert. Located on the seventh floor of Chase Center, Modelo Cantina will now include a la carte service in addition to reservation dine-in service during events with new selections such as an Asada and Oaxaca Quesadilla, Ranchera Chicken Chilaquiles and Eggs and Vuelve a la Vida Ceviche.

Chase Center’s beverage program already includes one of the most extensive wine programs in an arena environment with over 100 wines available throughout the venue. New this season, Chase Center has added seven specialty signature cocktails that will be located in bars around the arena. Highlights of the signature cocktails include Warriors Punch – a tangy twist on the classic punch featuring Smooth Ambler Bourbon; a Spicy Pineapple Margarita featuring Avion Silver Tequila; and the Golden 75 – a unique combination featuring Hennessey V.S.O.P and Moet & Chandon.

Earlier this year, newly appointed Chase Center Culinary Director Chad Neuman unveiled Wings & Woks which will be available in the Paper Lantern eatery and features a unique spin on wings inspired by his time in Asia. In order to limit touchpoints, fans will be able to take advantage of mobile ordering at most eateries and bars in the arena via the Warriors + Chase Center app. Additionally Chase Center has several cash to card kiosks located inside the arena and all POS systems enable contactless transactions by accepting Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay.
