Chase Center and Bon Appétit Announce New Food and Beverage Options

Tuesday, October 11, 2022

Chase Center, in partnership with Bon Appétit Management Company, announced today the addition of eight (8) local eateries and original concepts that highlight the flavors of the Bay Area. Established Chase Center eateries Trophy Treats and La Cocina will add new concepts, and new eateries Cocina Milonga and Cowgirl Creamery will join the lineup of fan favorites. Sarap Shop and Boug Cali will also debut brand new locations, while innovative dishes will be introduced across menus throughout the entire arena.

La Cocina, a San Francisco incubator kitchen, welcomes women-owned entrepreneurs including Alicia’s Tamales, Kayma, Noodle Girl, Peaches Patties, and Sabores Del Sur; Cocina Milonga features traditional Argentinian empanadas and sandwiches; Cowgirl Creamery’s award-winning cheese highlights sustainable agriculture in Marin and Sonoma counties; Trophy Treats includes sweet-tooth cravings from Yvonne’s Southern Sweets, hand-dipped ice cream from new Frozen Khusterd, and a variety of popcorn offerings from Thatcher’s Popcorn. Taste Makers at Chase Center continue to benefit Bay Area businesses through networking and educational programs.

Established in 2019, the Taste Makers at Chase Center program gives locally-owned, small business food and beverage operators the opportunity to have a presence at the arena. In addition to the increased revenue and exposure to guests coming to events at Chase Center, Taste Makers directly benefit from additional educational and networking opportunities.
