A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Use the At-Home Lucira Check It COVID-19 Test Kit

For each fan attending a game at Chase Center this season, the Golden State Warriors are providing an at-home Lucira Check It COVID-19 Test Kit. A negative Lucira Health test result or proof of full vaccination will be required, along with a game ticket, for entry into Chase Center, and below is a step-by-step guide on how to take the Lucira COVID-19 test from the comfort of your own home:

STEP 1
Take the test within 24-48 hours of tipoff. Test results will only be accepted within 48 hours of tipoff.

STEP 2
Follow the LUCIRA CHECK IT test kit instructions carefully. You must follow each step for the test to work properly.

STEP 3
After taking your test, text the word ‘LUCI’ to 44544 to be guided how to verify your results. You will need to get a LUCI PASS to be able to link your results to CLEAR.

STEP 4
Download the CLEAR App and enroll for free.

STEP 5
Select NBA and then select Warriors.

STEP 6
Link Health Pass with your Lucira account to verify your negative COVID-19 test result.

Present your green CLEAR Health Pass and we’ll see you at the game!
