Thrive City Announces Addition of the Baked Bear
Thrive City has announced the addition of The Baked Bear, a popular dessert shop known for its renowned ice cream sandwiches. Originating in Southern California, the shop is expected to open in early 2025 and will feature its signature cookies and brownies, classic ice cream flavors, and a selection of toppings.
The Baked Bear will be located on the east side of Thrive City, the district surrounding Chase Center, next to Miller & Lux. Hours of operation will be announced at a later date.
In addition to their traditional favorites, The Baked Bear will offer two “cookie of the month” flavors along with a seasonal rotating ice cream flavor. Ice cream cups, cones, pints, cookies, and sundaes will be available for a dine-in experience or a sweet grab ‘n’ go treat during events. Catering and delivery will also be available to local businesses and residents. The latest location will be owned and operated by duo Henry and Salwa Halloum.
Current Thrive City retailers in operation include Chase Bank, Cupcakin’ Bake Shop, Dumpling Time, Gott’s Roadside, Harmonic Brewing, Miller & Lux, GluGlu, Misalignment Museum, Philz Coffee and Warriors Shop. New retailers Che Fico Pizzeria, Kayah, and Senor Sisig are set to open in late 2024. Fikscue Craft BBQ is set to open early 2025. For more information, please visit thrivecity.com.
