Welcome to where the Bay Area community grows stronger, together. Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout July and October, we will offer a variety of free classes featuring fitness professionals who will help you stay active. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey.
After class, join us in observance of World Mental Health Day with Guided Meditation & Gratitude Journaling hosted by Mindful Life Project and receive a complementary gratitude journal provided by Kaiser Permanente (while supplies last). During the duration of the event, make sure to say hi to the therapy puppies from our friends at Puppy Love. DJ D Sharp will also be spinning live for both fitness classes. We hope to see you there!
10 a.m.: Doors Open
10:15 a.m.: HIIT Bootcamp from PowerPlay SF
11:15 a.m.: Vinyasa Flow from Unite by Yoga
12 p.m.: Guided Meditation and Gratitude Journaling
Make sure to bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat! Upon arrival, please check-in at the Kaiser Permanente tent.
