Portals are the entryway to the arena bowl via the concourse or club space, and they serve to assist fans in finding their seat location in the most efficient manner possible. Every ticket for a Chase Center event has a portal number or letter, in addition to section, row and seat number. Fans are asked to enter the arena bowl at the portal listed on their ticket in order to minimize the number of event attendees they walk by to get to their seat.
FREE MUNI! Any Chase Center patron who shows their event ticket at Muni turnstiles and boarding platforms will be able to ride Muni without charge. Both electronic and physical tickets for publicly ticketed events— including Warriors basketball games, concerts and other publicly ticketed events at Chase Center—will serve as proof of payment for Muni service throughout the day.
Additionally, Chase Center has invested into the development of a Ferry System that will drop off a short walk from the arena. Ferry service for all Warriors games and select concerts will be in effect via San Francisco Bay Ferry (Oakland – Jack London Square; Alameda – Main Street Alameda Terminal) and Golden Gate Ferry (Larkspur). Both services will drop Chase Center-bound guests off at the Mission Bay Interim Ferry Landing at Pier 48 ½, which is located about a half-mile north of the arena on Terry Francois Boulevard.
