We understand that fans might want more clarity on certain subjects before attending a game at Chase Center. With that in mind, we’ve organized some key information and frequently asked questions to assist in your gameday preparation.
All fans attending NBA Play-In and Playoff games at Chase Center will be required to provide proof of full vaccination (at least 14 days since final dose) or a negative PCR molecular-based COVID-19 test from an approved list of providers taken within 48 hours of their game date. Fans 2 and under do not need to test.
COVID-19 tests will not be mailed to fans. Those needing to test may select from the following three options:
Advance Pick-Up
Free advance test kit pick-up is available at Chase Center (1 Warriors Way, San Francisco) and the Warriors Oakland Facility (1011 Broadway, Oakland) the day before each game. Locations are open for pick-up from 12 to 7 p.m., and fans must present a valid game ticket to collect their test-kits.
Day-Of Onsite Testing
Onsite testing will be available at Chase Center. Testing will be appointment based, and we encourage fans to schedule their appointment as early before tipoff as possible to avoid any delays in entering Chase Center prior to the start of the game. Check back soon to schedule your appointment.
Alternative PCR Molecular-Based Tests
Lucira Health tests are the preferred Covid-19 test provider of the Warriors, but alternate PCR molecular based tests taken within 48 hours will also be permitted. Please see below for a list of acceptable labs:
• EverlyWell
• LetsGetChecked
• Pixel by LabCorp
• PurLab
Tests results from any of the above labs will have to be synced to the CLEAR App. Details and instructions can be found below.

Yes, tickets may be resold or transferred up until two hours before tipoff.
If you test positive for COVID-19 or if you, or someone in your household, is experiencing COVID-like symptoms, you should not attend a game. You will be eligible for a full refund of your ticket purchase, provided your tickets were purchased from the Warriors' verified ticket marketplace.
If you are a Warriors Season Ticket Member, please reach out to your Membership Account Manager at least one hour before tipoff.

Based on State and City guidelines in the Yellow tier, Chase Center has the opportunity to host up to 50% of the full capacity of 18,064. The Warriors will continue to work with State and local health officials, as well as the NBA, to ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
The Warriors and Chase Center will be adhering to state and local guidelines with adequate distancing between pods.
Physical distancing will not be required in vaccinated fan sections.
There is no limit to the number of tickets a fan can purchase. There are no more than 4 seats within a given pod in distanced fan sections.
In accordance with state regulations, ticket purchases are restricted to only California residents for non-vaccinated fans. Fans that are fully vaccinated may attend regardless of residency.
