What to Know If Bringing Kids to Chase Center

Masks are required for all fans 2 and older. In addition, all fans 12 and older are required to show proof of full vaccination to enter Chase Center, while kids ages 5 to 11 will need to show either proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within a specified amount of time.

Vaccinated Children (12 and Up)


All fans 12 and older are required to show proof of full vaccination to enter Chase Center. Full vaccination or fully vaccinated is defined as two weeks removed from the final dose of a CDC-approved vaccine.

Beginning March 1, 2022, “fully vaccinated” for fans 12 to 15 shall mean two weeks removed from the final dose of a CDC-approved vaccine and, if eligible, being seven days removed from receiving a booster shot.

Accepted forms of proof of vaccination for those under the age of 18 include the following:

• COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card1) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date doses administered)

• A photo of a vaccination card as a separate document

• A photo of the guest's vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device

• Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider

• Digital record that includes a QR code that when scanned by a SMART Health Card reader displays to the reader client name, date of birth, vaccine dates and vaccine type

Children Ages 5 to 11


Chase Center is approved to allow entry to fans ages 5 through 11 who provide either proof of full vaccination or a negative result from a COVID-19 test administered within 24 hours for an antigen test or 48 hours for a PCR/molecular test of the event start time.



What does fully vaccinated mean?

Unvaccinated kids in this age group must provide proof of a negative result from a COVID-19 test administered within 24 hours (for an antigen test) and 48 hours (for a PCR/molecular test) of the event start time to be admitted entry to Chase Center.

Both PCR and antigen are acceptable forms of COVID-19 tests (following the timelines stated above), and test results must be available prior to entry into the event or venue.

• A hard copy or digital record of test results, which should include the child’s name, date of birth, and date of when test was taken, is required.

Additional Guidelines for Children Sitting Near the Court for Warriors Games

Per the NBA, children ages 2 to 11 sitting within 15 feet from the court must adhere to ONE of the following:

• A negative molecular (PCR) test within 2 days of event
• A negative antigen test day-of event

This NBA mandate applies only to those sitting in the Courtside Club on the east side (team bench side) of Chase Center.

Children Ages 2 to 4


Per the State of California Health and Human Service Agency, kids ages 2 through 4 will need to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test, administered within 24 hours (for an antigen test) or 48 hours (for a PCR/molecular test) of the event start time, to be admitted entry to Chase Center.
