Know Before You Go: 74th NBA All-Star Game (2025 NBA All-Star)

The 74th NBA All-Star Game will take place at Chase Center on Sunday, February 16, 2025.For the first time, the NBA All-Star Game will feature a mini-tournament with four teams and three games.

The Basics:

First Game Starts at: 5 p.m.
Arena Doors Open: 3:30 p.m.

Contactless Entry
Download the NBA Events App, log in to manage your tickets, and have them ready to scan at the entrance.

Public Transportation
Chase Center is a Transit First-destination so with that in mind, we highly encourage fans to take public transportation to the event! Plus, Muni offers express service to/from Bart connections to Chase Center.

In addition, Muni Route 78X provides express shuttle service to/from 16th St Mission BART to Chase Center before and after the event. This shuttle stop is located on 16th Street near Illinois Street.

Parking
Enjoy the convenience of booking a parking spot at Chase Center and nearby parking lots, ahead of time, ensuring you have a space when you arrive for games, concerts, and more.

Come for the Game, Stay for the Food!
Chase Center, in partnership with Bon Appétit Management Company, has announced the addition of new dishes and beverage options, as well as three new Taste Makers, that enhance culinary offerings and elevate the fan experience.

New menu items will be available across multiple eateries in the arena, such as Filipino dish Lecon Kawali from Sarap Shop, a chicken sandwich with roasted chicken, braised onions, and lemon honey vinaigrette from Sadie’s Delicatessen, refreshing cucumber, watermelon, horchata, and mango colada aguas frescas from Backboard Burritos, crispy fish-and-chips from Sam’s Chowder House, and a mini basketball souvenir bowl topped with an ice cream cone and sprinkles from Room for Dessert. Pay-By-Face, powered by J.P. Morgan Payments - now available at Big Nate's BBQ in Portal 11
Fans will be able to use pay-by-face kiosks powered by J.P. Morgan Payments and PopID at Big Nate’s BBQ in Portal 11. After enrolling on their mobile phone, fans can purchase their items with just a facial scan, eliminating the need to pull out phones or credit cards.

Suggested Rideshare Tips
Lot C is the designated rideshare pickup location for NBA All-Star 2025. After the event, exit toward Lot C for a smooth pickup experience. This area helps reduce congestion and ensures an easy departure.

Get There Early
Take a walk around Chase Center and check out Thrive City. Grab some food at Gott's Roadside before the event or get a pre-event beer from Harmonic Brewing. Soak in Bay views on the Esplanade and take a pic at the Olafur Eliasson’s Seeing spheres art installation outside of the East Entrance on Terry Francois Boulevard at 16th Street.

Cash-to-Card Kiosks
Five Cash-to-Card kiosks will allow guests to convert cash into a pre-paid, open-loop debit card to enable a fully-contactless experience at Chase Center. The cards will be accepted anywhere that guests would otherwise use a debit card, including at all Chase Center eateries, all Warriors Shop locations, and the Chase Center Box Office. Fans can also upload their pre-paid open-loop debit cards to the Warriors + Chase Center app for use within the venue.

Cash-to-Card Kiosk Locations: Main Concourse (Portal 10 and 22), Upper Concourse (Portal 46 and 55) and by the Chase Center Box Office.

Pack Light
Leave the bag at home if possible and expedite your trip through security lines. All bags will be screened prior to entry into Chase Center. Backpacks of any size and all bags exceeding 14"x6"x14" are prohibited. However, if you do bring a bag, note that a bag check is available on the exterior of Chase Center on Warriors Way.
