Ingredients:
• 10 Lb Pork Ribs
• 1 oz salt
• 7 oz sugar
• 1 oz chicken powder
• 7 oz Char-siu sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)
• 2 oz Fu-Chung Fermented bean curd sauce
• 1 oz oyster sauce
• 1 oz Hoisin sauce
• 1 oz Chinese cooking wine
• 2 tsp Chinese five space
• 2 oz ground garlic
• 2 oz ground ginger
• 2 oz diced onion
Instructions:
Combine all sauce ingredients and marinate the ribs for 24 hours. Bake for 80 minutes in a 250 degree oven.
