GluGlu, scheduled to open this winter at Thrive City, the plaza surrounding Chase Center, is the latest food and wine project from the sommelier-heavy team at Ungrafted. We are very excited to be a part of the growing community.
GluGlu is that thirst-quenching sound you make when drinking something delicious and refreshing. GluGlu wines are those you take one sip after another until you find yourself with an empty glass and wanting more. These are the wines, after tasting wines all day at work, WE want to set aside and share with our friends on our days off.
The dishes we want everyone to enjoy at GluGlu will run along the same satisfying vein. Chef David Aviles, who ran a two-Michelin-star team before taking the helm at Ungrafted and GluGlu, has created a fun menu influenced by succulent Mediterranean flavors. These easy going dishes will allow you to either enjoy a few light bites or fill up on a full spread!
We have been hard at work searching for and squirreling away those delicious bottles and can’t wait to raise our glasses with everyone and GluGlu!
