FAN TESTING GUIDELINES

Upon purchase of a ticket 7 or more days in advance of a Golden State Warriors regular season home game, an at-home Lucira Check It COVID-19 Test Kit will be sent to the ticket buyers’ home within 2-4 days of game day. Fans 24 months and older will be sent a test to take from the comfort of home for regular season games. Fans 24 months and under do not need to test. For testing guidelines for playoffs, please view the playoffs FAQ at the bottom of this page.

Fans will be prompted to take their test within 48 hours of the game as all fans are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test and answer health screening questions upon arrival at Chase Center via the CLEAR Health Pass on their mobile device.

Through an integration with CLEAR Health Pass, all test results will be populated into the CLEAR Health Pass app, which generates a color screen indicating whether an individual is clear to enter the arena based on test results and health screening questions. Each fan 18 and older will be required to download and link their Lucira Health account to the CLEAR Health Pass app before arriving to Chase Center.

All test results will be reported in accordance with local and state regulations.
