Box HIIT & Shred Kickboxing inspired workout that gets you to push to get a little stronger, work a little harder taught by two of our seasoned semi pro MMA fighters. This type of training is an effective way to get in shape as it ignites your metabolism to keep you burning more energy, even at rest. From strength supersets to cardio work, to ab circuits, these classes will push you to your limit. Is it gonna be a little challenging? Yup. Are you gonna sweat? A lot, actually! And is it going to be totally worth it? Absolutely.
Pilates Core & Fit Classical Pilates moves fused with heart-pumping cardio bursts to build the burn and strengthen your entire body. Come hone your core- think abs, back, glutes! Our coaches will offer modifications and transitions to help you get the most out of each of your workouts. You'll warm up slowly, challenge your cardio in the sweaty middle and finish with a yummy stretch! This is for anyone looking for a fun workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more limber and empowered!
